Project declared as Sector Specific SEZ (Special Economic Zone) by Government of India
Alienated 271.35 acres (possession given by Govt. of AP ) and assurance of future allotment upto 230 acres within 5 kms. for Staff housing and other amenities. Completed all land leveling, Filling works. Site is fully leveled to accommodate Total Plant and Machinery, Built 40 MGD Water Reservoirs for Water Storage.  Constructed Site Office, Workmen Mess and 12 Room Hostel Accommodations at site for engineering staff during construction.
Secured 11 KV Temporary Power Connection for usage during Construction works.
Received all necessary clearances including Environment Clearance, Permission for drawing 26 MGD  water from River Godavari etc.
Signed PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) with PTC (Power Trading Corporation) for 40 MW surplus power
Government of Andhra Pradesh has signed MoU and assures FULL support for speedy implementation.
Direct Employment to 5,000 and Indirect Employment to 15,000 natives
